Are you an experienced shop manager with a background in charity retail? Can you travel independently across the East Midlands without relying on public transport? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!
Rainbows Hospice in Loughborough is the only children’s hospice in the East Midlands, providing specialist end-of-life, palliative, and respite care for babies, children, and young people whose lives may be shorter than most. Our retail shops are vital in raising funds to support the babies, children, young people, and their families that we support.
In order to continue this, we are currently seeking a Cover Store Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to manage the day-to-day operations of a retail store in the absence or during the cover of the usual Shop Manager. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining store presentation and operational standards. The role also involves handling any challenges that arise, such as staff issues, customer queries, and maintaining sales performance.
Hours: 37.5 hours on a rota basis 5 out of 7 per week with the need to work weekends.
Locations of Stores you will be covering: Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Lutterworth, Blaby, Wigston, Market Harborough, Beeston, Arnold, and Long Eaton.
