The vacancy
Rainbows is excited to open a brand-new shop in the market town of Lutterworth, Leicestershire, later this year. Our retail shops are vital in raising funds to support the babies, children, young people, and their families that we support. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our Lutterworth store to success.
We are looking for a full-time manager covering 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, weekend working included.
As the Shop Manager, you will be the driving force behind our new store, ensuring its smooth operation and maximizing its revenue potential. You will manage a diverse team of staff and volunteers, oversee the sale of donated items and Rainbows merchandise, and be the face of our charity on the high street.
With a varied and ever-changing stock profile, you can enjoy the hands-on involvement of sorting, processing, displaying and selling donated items alongside our own range of Rainbows merchandise.
